Job Description :
Consultant must have QA/TQR experience and expertise developing plans, developing QA/TQR schedules and resource management.
Consultant must have experience and expertise in the provision and management of
QA/TQR services with similarly sized and/or scoped projects, on time and within budget in accordance with approved quality standards.
Consultant must have experience and expertise with requirements analysis and requirements traceability as well as risk assessment and risk management process;
Consultant must have experience and expertise with Quality Assessments of Process
Assurance and Product Assurance
Experience providing QA/TQR for enterprise type initiatives.
Knowledge and experience with state health care or Medicaid systems
Knowledge of Washington State IT oversight structures and investment standards and requirements.
Knowledge of Washington State legislative process.
Experience with CMS—contracting, program/IT Project oversight, performance monitoring and interpretation of CMS guidelines, rules and regulations.
Experience managing or providing QA/TQR services for Cloud based Enterprise
Data Warehouse implementation projects.
Experience managing or providing QA/TQR services for Agile (scrum) methodology projects.
