Overview:
Looking for Test Lead at onsite US to handle projects. Person should have worked in onsite offshore model with extensive client handling experience. Should be able to support offshore team from onsite in extended hours if required.
Job Responsibilities:
4+ years of strong automation development experience
Strong Testing Exp with Automation (candidate must have exp in Test methodology, Defect Mgt, Estimation, Test Strategy, Automation strategy, etc)
Strong in Java or other scripting language
Understanding and experience testing Web services and exposure to SOA systems
Understanding of RESTful APIs and messaging protocols (XML, JSON)
Hands on experience working on Selenium Cucumber framework with TDD/BDD experience
Understands and has experience in Distributed system testing
Working agile experience using SCRUM
Prepare automation test scripts for critical functional scenarios
Educate client stakeholders on automation areas, tools available and plan for it
Prepare automation estimates and seek approval from relevant stakeholders
Strong experience with Ready! API (formerly known as SoapUI Requirement gathering for architecture of the application under test, test environment and test data
Getting signoff on critical scenario form the business team

Title: Technical QA Selenium
Location: Hartford, CT
Duration: Fulltime
Description:
· Hands-on QA lead with Selenium automation and web service testing experience. Should have experience in working in agile in onsite offshore model with extensive client handling experience in P&C insurance domain.
Job Responsibilities:
Technical QA Lead with Strong Selenium, SOAP UI and Agile Testing Knowledge
· Over 6-10 years of experience in software testing and test automation
· Minimum 2 years of experience working in agile projects with knowledge of using rally tool
· In depth knowledge of test automation and web service testing using Selenium and SOAP UI tools respectively
· Exposure to omni channel (multi browser & interoperability) testing
· Should be open to perform unit testing, hence knowledge of unit testing using Jasmine libraries and fiddler will be useful
Will be the QA face to customer and will be responsible for QA related onsite-offshore coordination and stakeholder communication and application demo to product owner
Ensuring overall quality of the deliverables and test sign off will be the key responsibility
