Job Title: QA Performance Tester/Engineer
Location: Lincoln, Nebraska

Job Description:
Responsibilities
Develop and leverage methods of application performance/scalability assurance and production environment performance analysis
Proactively measure, evaluate and optimize application performance via load tests and production environment performance analysis results
Produce written assessments, ensuring product management that supported application performance/scalability meets customer and industry expectations
Outline recommendations for performance-oriented software strategies and assist in the definition of software development standards and efficiencies
Define, scope and implement test environments supporting functional certification, user acceptance, and performance testing.
Proactive voice of QA in discussions with development, business analysis, systems analysis, and user acceptance testing
Communicate solutions options to business owners/stakeholders (application architecture knowledge and experience is a value add)
Qualifications Required:
Development/engineering background and mindset
C# experience (ideally, in a development role)
Experience with QA performance automation and scripting (scripts are in C#, so having C# experience is critical)
Knowledge in Agile and traditional development models.
Some database experience: SQL, Data Modeling and Data Validation
Experience with Windows, MS SQL, and .NET
Experience working in testing and scaling applications deployed in Virtual infrastructure
Experience defining, scoping and implementing test environments supporting performance testing.
Ability to implement best practice solutions for end-to-end traceability from requirements to test plans, test cases and test results.

Redis experience
Experience in selection and implementation of Automation solutions with CI/CD
