1. Good Communication/analytical skills, self-starter, easily adoptable to new environment
2. 4-6 years of testing experience especially in testing Web based applications
3. Prior banking or with Investment Banking experience
4. Great understanding of SDLC and QA Procedures
5. Experience in working Agile Methodologies a huge plus
