What you will do:
Ensure that the QA team is creating, maintaining and executing test plans
Ensure that all the objectives are met
Test solutions in terms of functionality, performance, reliability, stability and compatibility with other legacy and/or external systems
Ensure that any potential issue is identified and fixed before the product goes live
What you will need:
3-5 years managing software quality assurance teams including analysis, writing test cases, developing automation (Selenium preferred) and working with relational databases
Experience with hiring, training and mentoring quality assurance analysts and engineers
Experience with Agile and DevOps
Strong analytical skills to ensure testing confirms our solutions meet business and operational requirements, and to identify existing or potential issues
Experience and knowledge within Employee Benefits Enrollment and Administration is strongly desired
College degree preferred with 3-5 years'' experience in managing software quality assurance teams
