Role: QA Lead with AS400
Location: Montvale, NJ
Competency: Agile Way of Working, Assurance : Test Management, Assurance : SOA Testing, Assurance : Selenium
QA lead with 6-8 experience on both waterfall and agile methodology• Hands on testing expereince of 3 tier applications on JAVA/J2EE stack• Automation exposure on Selenium/UFT and ensure automation is heavily used in application• Understand and drive End to End testing for projects in release based model• Good command of webservices• Good command of databases like Oracle/DB2• Able to create testing strategy for releases • Knowledge on TestNG is preferred• Exposure to performance test concepts and can manage the needs from performance test perspective• Work with "Automation first" principle• Works to ensure all data and environments needs for releases are taken care. Takes ownership and works with multiple teams• Ensure knowledge management and upskilling of resources happen to meet customer needs• Experienced in implementing Continuous Integration within application• Ready to learn application, test as needed and become the SME for application• Knowledge in Test Management tools (ALM/JIRA/Rally)• Knowledge in Jenkins• Experience in working on an offshore - onsite model• Experience in DevOps will be an added advantage• Experience in Salesforce will be an added advantage
