Role :: QA Lead

Location :: Tampa ,FL

JD ::

Adhere to a formalized QA process within the team, as well as monitoring the QA work of
others (both vendors and internal) to ensure that the process is followed.
Work among multiple teams to lead testing efforts across work streams by
communicating with stakeholders to understand business needs and timing.
Address issues as they arise with regard to following proper procedures and processes.
Create end-to- end test plans to ensure system functionality works as expected. The
solution tests should include positive and negative testing of system related functionality
(e.g. numeric values in text fields, field length requirements, etc.
Communicate effectively with project/functional leads regarding requirements
clarification or issues presented in testing.
Ability to problem solve technical issues and creatively design test cases to ensure all
desired functionality has been developed per specifications.
Thoroughly document testing efforts in a clear, concise manner, with the ability to relay
issues in a timely manner.


Must Haves :
5-7+ years in a QA role (with lead experience)
Ability to provide candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with minimal structure.
Strong technical skills using TFS, including testing documentation.
Ability to design and implement testing plans without guidance or direction from others.
Ability to write SQL queries with no supervision.
Automated test case writing experience (Coded UI, Selenium, Python etc)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Meticulous attention to detail
