Position:QA Lead

Required Skills:
8+years of experience QA with Functional & Automation testing skills.
Selenium, CNET, Agile, Manufacturing experience
Well versed with Agile principles and processes for project execution, with collocated and distributed teams (onsite-offshore
Design and develop detailed, comprehensive and well-structured Test plan for the business requirements explained in the user stories.
Estimating, prioritizing, planning and coordinating quality testing activities. Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts.
Work closely with agile team (scrum or other) – Developers, Product owner and Scrum Master.
Creating Test Scripts for each Test Case using Test Automation tools – primarily Selenium.
Should be able to create scripts for fairly complex application usage scenarios in Test Automation tool using programming languages, preferably C NET and Java Script.
Execute and monitor Test Scripts using Test Automation tools like Selenium to identify defects in software application and their causes with
