Required Skills

9 years QA
2 years as Lead/Manager
Experience with user role based testing.
Experience with authoring test management plans for users.
Experience document test cases, scenarios, etc
Experience creating test data to support test cases, scenarios, etc.
Experience managing with defect management with non specific tools.
Experience with Microsoft suite of products including Excel and Word.
Communication with non technical testers for validation of bugs/defects.
Requirements Traceability matrix
Integration testing, authoring iteration and UAT test plans, iteration and UAT test cases, creating or obtaining test data, and monitoring of testing activities including coordination and monitoring bugs and defects found during testing.
