Job Description :
Seeking a strong QA Lead/Manager with the ability to successfully manage any type of enterprise level high profile project. These are very large projects and will require extensive experience.
Requirements:
Extensive experience with enterprise wide projects, with focus in the creation/implementation/management of comprehensive test strategies
Agile and hybrid experience
UAT and E2E management
Technical QA lead with SDET capabilities
Strong leadership qualities with a track record of managing and developing people and achieving challenging objectives.
Create and deliver comprehensive performance testing strategies for medium to large initiatives.
Responsible for leading and mentoring multiple QE Analysts across portfolios.
Strong knowledge of workload modeling and extrapolation methodologies.
Knowledge of profiling tools to identify server, JVMs, mainframes, memory, storage, DB and network bottlenecks.
Experience in extrapolating test results to recommend production performance.
Hands on Load Runner experience to script and execute tests as needed.
Experience of working in Agile and DevOps environments.
Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Dynatrace.
Proficient in analyzing performance test results and working with technical teams to resolve bottlenecks.
Experience in baselining, benchmarking and sizing infrastructures.
Strong communication skills to drive E2E bottleneck resolutions
System thinking and take accountability to resolve bottlenecks
Hands-on experience in Dynatrace and Somulogic is a plus
