Role: QA Lead IVR applications
Location : Boston, MA
Duration: Long term.

Testing experience of IVR Applications and good understanding on IVR testing concepts.
Experience in IVR test data setup, Routing, Skill Mapping, Call flows, and Synthesizing of complex IVR call flows.
Experience using IVR application automation tools such as using Hammer or Cyara
Experience in platform transition and migration.
Experience processing large set of h call data and creating Test cases.
Candidates with Experience in any IVR platform.
