Job Description
QA Engineer capable of fullstack QA Automation for mobile and cloud
application. This opportunity is a chance to join a high-performance
software team that will transform software components into an advanced data
driven solution. This position reports directly to the QA Automation
Manager.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for preparation and execution of Load & Performance test
scripts
* Identify performance issues and debug scripts
* Work with team members from SysOps, Developers and Support
* Develop performance related test scenarios and create & maintain test data
* Responsible for creating baseline for performance
* Create reports for performance and scalability of our solutions
* Establishing and sharing performance best practices, designing and
executing a robust performance test strategy
* Work with team for thorough understanding of design and architecture
* Automate the execution of load and performance testing
* Document installation & setup instructions to be able to scale up and work
with our partners.
Qualifications
* Bachelor''s degree in computer science or related degree.
* Strong background in a quality assurance load & performance testing using
cloud based technology and open source tools.
Level I: 0-3 years experience / Level II: 4-7 years experience / Level III:
7-10 years experience / Level IV: 10+ years experience
* Experience doing Load & Performance testing using open source tools
* Experience with common programming and scripting languages such as
JavaScript, Jquery, Groovy, Python or Ruby.
* Experience working with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB,
Cassandra.
* Working knowledge of Windows, Mac, android and Linux operating systems.
