Project Overview:
The Finance Works - Treasury Engineering team is responsible for implementing and maintaining Treasury applications for managing all of Alphabet/Client’s cash. We lead large transformational initiatives and are in the forefront introducing new technology platforms to support Alphabet and Client’s cash, investment, trading, and hedging/FX activities. We are currently undergoing a large SAP Treasury implementation and looking for experienced Worksoft Test Automation Engineer to augment our US team.
Overall Responsibilities:
Deliver Worksoft (WS) automation test scripts and scenarios from conception to implementation, QA, and manage executionsand defect
Independently script and implement test cases and integrated scenarios for SAP Fiori, Web GUI, and SAP Thick Client based on defined test plans.
Collaborate with offshore testing engineers on automations, troubleshooting, issues identification.
Support functional team members in creation of process recordings using Worksoft Process Capture.
Analyze test data requirements, manage recordsets, and create data to be used by testers for test execution
Understand, review and analyze automation scripts already developed for completeness and coverage (against their corresponding manual scripts
Prepare, monitor, and execute dry run of scripts, fixing of script failure, root cause analysis and document detected nonconformity.
Provide weekly status report to manager summarizing accomplishments, planned activities, metric and known issues/risks/concerns
Required Skills:
Minimum of 5+ years of test automation experience and overall 5-9 years of QA experience
Strong Worksoft Certify hands on experience is a must
Experienced in automating test cases for SAP Fiori tiles, SAP Web GUI, and SAP Thick Client with Worksoft Certify Excellent in testing of scripts, debugging, fixing and root cause analysis for script and functional issues
Hands on with Worksoft Process Capture, Execution Manager, and Business Process Procedure
Experience of SAP Functional testing of key modules – FI, Treasury,Cash Management
Highly motivated, with a proven ability to work on own initiative within a fast paced work environment
Good analytical, diagnostic and creative problem solving skills
Preferred Skills
Be able to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and put creative thought into designing and implementing test strategies for all aspects of various project phases
Good team player with excellent technical knowledge, good organization skills
Excellent interpersonal skills, including oral/written communication and influencing
Knowledge of Industry best practices and experience in applying these
practices to build and test automation scripts
Ability to quickly understand company''s customizations
