Role : QA CSG Billing Test Lead & Test Analyst
Location : St. Louis, MO
Duration : Long Term
Experience : 5-10 Years

Primary Skills : HP Test Suite, CSG Billing Applications, Testing Tools


1. Excellent knowledge of the CSG Billing application
2. Experience in Pre/Post deployment validation of offers, new products and configuration changes
3. Billing system order entry knowledge, Analytical and critical thinking skills are a must.
4. Receives and reviews change requests for rates, campaigns, and packages
5. Collaborate with the Billing Config/Design team for defects and downstream teams for end to end testing
6. Performing defect testing, consent validation and support testing for new system deployments.
7. Good understanding of quality assurance process, tools and methodologies
8. Experience using HP Test Suite or other testing tools
9. Having automation testing experience is a plus
10. Ability to understand and analyze Business and Functional requirements
11. Come up with test scenarios and break them up into test cases tied up to requirements and prepare RTM
12. Come up with test data requirements and test execution plan
13. Ability to review and provide inputs to the team on test case coverage
14. Ability to execute the test cases and report status and issues
15. Ability to liaise with the Development team on the defects and track them to closure
16. Ability to report risks, issues and test status to the stakeholders
17. Excellent communication is a must
