QA – Automation Engineer
Contract position with Tavant - Experian
Costa Mesa, CA
We are building a program for a major legacy ?Big Data ecosystem undertaking, dealing with huge amounts of data. On this project, you will lead and be responsible for Automation processes.
Responsibilities:
The QA Engineer requires ability to build Automation Testing framework, to test the webservices developed. This webservice will be integrated with upstream and downstream systems.
Skills & Experience:
Expert in a common scripting language used in automation (eg Python)
Experience with Robot Framework and/or other common frameworks
Experience in building and maintaining automation frameworks
Assist with defining best practices and processes to ensure continued adoption of test framework
Experience integrating automation into a CI/CD environment and associated best practices
Cloud based infrastructure (AWS, Heroku Paas)
Load Testing
Restful APIs and webservice testing experience leveraging SoapUI or other similar tools
