Sr. QA Analyst for TouchPoint application ( Sales, Service and Teller)

- Worked as the lead QA for Teller Cash Recycler (TCR) project.
- Partnered with QA Manager/architect to develop and establish Quality Assurance standard and best practices.
- Analyzed business requirements, design documents for completeness and testability
- Developed test plans, test scenarios, test cases, test data and test scripts for different types of testing activities.
- Performed execution of test cases, test scripts, captured test results, test metrics and produced test reports both automated and manual.
- Did extensive clean-up of Test Regression deck and had it automation ready. Also helped in preparing Smoke automation test.
- Identified and tracked system defects, performed root cause analysis of the defects and worked with the development team to resolve them.
- Performed Quality Assurance testing activities to ensure the applications and products and/or releases are in compliance with the Quality Assurance standards of the organization.
- Performed other duties as assigned.
