Domain experience in broadcasting industry with commercial operations and promo scheduling
On Air promo process knowledge for both primary and secondary events
8+ years work experience in software testing role
Ability to learn fast and flexibility to work under pressure to meet project deadlines
Participate in JAD sessions with leads and users to come up with positive and negative test scenarios
Expert knowledge of Scrum, Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Experience in back-end data validations and end-to-end testings
Detail oriented with strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Exceptional analytic and problem solving skills
Ability to advocate for QA best practices, great usability and exceptional quality
Quick learner and a team player
BS/MS in Computer Science or relevant field
Optional qualifications
Product experience with GriP-it or other promo scheduling tools is a plus
3+ years managing onsite/offshore testing teams
Excitement and passion for new technologies (e.g. Amazon Web Services, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics)
