QA Lead Analyst - on behalf of our client in the Oil and Gas sector, Procom Services is looking for one (1) Lead QA Analyst.
QA Lead Analyst Job Details
* Provides direction in executing tests of user stories and features of the solution to identify potential issues and fixes before the product go-lives
* Develops metrics for product quality and develops test programs and approaches in executing test cases, scripts, plans and procedures.
* Oversees testing solutions in terms of functionality, performance, reliability, stability and compatibility with other legacy- and / or external systems.
* Evaluates requirements from various sources, including interviews with programmers and business users, project documentation, and bug reports.
* Manages functional, integration, end-to-end, performance, and load tests.
* Confirm that test plan and test script evaluations demonstrate that project deliverables meet business requirements.
* Plans, engages and directs technical, non-technical and business users to ensure quality of the solution or product.
* Leads QA activities for a large program or projects of large size or business impact or a number of concurrent projects Progress reporting.
QA Lead Analyst Mandatory Skills
* 10 years prior experience as a QA tester supporting web based and client/server applications with experience writing detailed manual tests
* Experience in an Agile testing and development environment.
