Job Description:
QA Analyst with Test/QA CoE governance experience and HP QA Tool Administrator with strong communications skills as well as technical skills that can manage an enterprise HP ALM Quality Center (QC)/Performance Center (PC)/LoadRunner/Unified Functional Test (UFT)/Business Process Test (BPT) product suite. The main focus of this role is to provide operational and administrative support on HP QA Tools suite to maintain a high degree of tool availability and customer satisfaction.

Summary of Tool Admin responsibilities (50% allocation):
1. Experience with installing, setting up and maintaining HP Quality Center 11.52 and Performance Center 12.52 or later version
a. User Access provisioning and management - LDAP configuration
b. Customizing defect workflow
c. Customizing all modules of HPQC
d. Perf Center Lab and schedule management
e. Managing implementation of upgrades and patches for HP QA tools.
f. Support application server patching (windows security patches)
2. Experience with application integration tools such as TaskTop, HP Synchronizer, IBM Rational DOORS Integration, Orasi JIRA Bridge, etc.
3. Experience with troubleshooting HPQC and Performance Center technical issues, escalating to HP Support (when necessary) and implementing recommended solutions.
4. Experience with building/maintaining Excel VB macros that integrate with HPQC via OTA
5. Daily handoff to offshore Tools support team
6. Ability to document processes, procedures and requirements.
7. HPALM and Perf Center certification is a plus
8. Note: Candidate will be required to demonstrate HP tool skillset during the in-person interview.

The summary of QA Governance Analyst responsibilities (50% allocation):
1. Facilitate supplier issue management process
2. Assist in onboarding and training QA resources on CoE standards
3. Facilitate and review QA RFx efforts
4. Elicit and document QA SOPs
5. Conduct Gate Reviews, capture metrics, recommend next steps, and assist in providing monthly status to the PMO Group
6. Support QA governance, oversight, and audit on projects, procedures, and tool utilization
7. Support QA Teams with HPQC efforts (Dashboard, Access, Project Setup, etc)
8. Partner with PMO, InfoSec, and Delivery organization to ensure QA CoE process and initiatives are achieved
9. Assist in execution of QA CoE roadmap to meet organizational goals
10. Update and publish QA CoE templates and guidance documents to align with PMO standards updates
11. Maintain and publish quality governance metrics for management reporting
12. Coordinate with SME to ensure test automation standards and policies remain relevant and published
13. Coordinate with SME to ensure performance testing standards and policies remain relevant and published
14. Support implementation of organizational change related to QA CoE processes
15. Assist with QA governance oversight and audit on project
