Must Haves:

The current QA resources on staff do not have credit/banking experience and continuously ramp up their knowledge on the industry.

For this project Darrell does not have time to train them and must have resources familiar with credit/banking

Must be collaborative, flexible to take on new things and work closely with both the tech team and stakeholders on the business side

6-8 years of QA experience and Selenium products (listed below)

Strong documentation skills in word/excel and some understanding of Project Management tools (listed below)

NORDSTROM JOB DESCRIPTION: QA Analyst

Focuses on the creation, maintenance and execution of test scripts and other specialty testing activities in the areas of automation/manual testing, performance testing, test environments or application specialties. Is considered a subject matter expert in the banking and credit card industry. Identifies and develops ways to improve the quality, capability, or efficiency of the testing process. Typically focused on automating new functionality pre-release and maintenance post-release, or driving efficient testing in other areas.

The candidate must independently conduct assigned responsibilities within the context of the assigned programs.

Required Skills:

At least 6 – 8 years of knowledge and experience in the banking and credit card industry understanding legal
documentation around the issurance of Credit Cards, including credit agreements and compliance loan documentation

An understanding of Regulation Z (Truth in Lending Act), Equal Credit Opportunity Act, Fair Credit Reporting act.

Intermediate to advance knowledge of one or more Quality Assurance tools such as Selenium testing products,
TestNG, Junit, Appium Mobile Automation, Cucumber and Software Testing (ting tware

Intermediate to advance knowledge of MS Excel, Power Point, Word, Jira and Confluence products.

Ability to organize and prioritize work, and handle multiple tasks concurrently in a metrics driven environment

Ability to flex priorities quickly, while maintaining the highest levels of accuracy in work products

Excellent decision-making skills are crucial, as are oral and written communication skills

Demonstrate the ability to function in a joint, collaborative manner; share information with co-workers and peers and support department and team plans, programs and policies

Support a teamwork/team spirit environment and present a professional attitude/image within department and in all company interactions
