Candidates must be W2 and must be able to work onsite. This team scripts customer services/images that will be installed on the Dell assets. Primarily this role will be modifying existing Python scripts. C++ knowledge is preferred as tat is what is used for creating the self-standing tools. • Basic understanding of global computer products/peripherals industry • Basic engineering discipline and development / manufacturing process knowledge • Python, C++ Knowledge • Typically requires 2+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent experience.

The role will be responsible for creating and sustaining asset management solutions across multiple customers. The role will interact with the project management teams and/or sales to clarify requirements. Requirements will be used to create sample tags that customer can approve prior to development and production. Candidate will be required to understand scripting in order to be able to populate Asset Management Data (PO Number, Location ID, Track Code) on Tags and/or Reports. Additionally, there will be a sustaining function to the role that will require general CLCA (Close Loop Corrective Actions) skills. In such cases, the candidate will be required to investigate customer field issue related to items like Missing Information, Wrong Data, Incorrect Placement location, etc.

Responsibilities:

M-F: 8-5pm, Night and Weekend dependent on need, less than 10%

ACCOUNTABILITIES Designs and defines system requirements for complex customer systems, and/or prepares studies and analyzes existing systems. Determines system specifications, input/output processes and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility. Coordinates design of subsystems and/or the integration of total systems or multiple functions. Responsible for design of assigned system/subsystem and meeting quality requirements. Ensures the manufacturability, reliability and serviceability of designs. Identifies, analyzes and resolves program support deficiencies. Develops and recommends corrective actions. Responsible for benchmarking, testing and analysis on products during all phases of the development process. Documents results in technical reports, white papers and online web pages. Ensures assignments are completed within schedule and cost objectives. Responsible for the end-to-end ownership of assigned system(s Coordinates root cause analysis to solve issues including complex issues. Interfaces with technologists, development and marketing to define and optimize system performance and resolve performance problems.
