Job Title: Full stack developer (Senior Python Developer)
Overview: TCS would like to invite you to join our team working on the cutting edge Bio-Informatics platform development for a pharmaceutical R&D customer. Customer is a global leader in Pharmaceutical research and development. This solution will significantly accelerate the research and development of next generation of medicines.
Primary purpose and essential function of this role is to design and develop a series of programs, integration, system testing, and training and implementation activities.
Key responsibilities (please specify if the position is an individual one or part of a team): • Write reusable, testable, and efficient code
Design and implement of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications
Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server side logic
Implementation of security and data protection
Integration of data storage solutions
Performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, automation
Work collaboratively with design team to understand end user requirements to provide technical solutions and for the implementation of new software features
Requirement : • Python- Javascript, CSS, HTML, SQL Databases,
Django or Flask, Gunicorn and NGINX,
Testing in Python, RESTful services, GitHub
Django-rest-framework, Docker, AWS, Jenkins and CI/CD- pandas, numpy, scipy, etc
Preferred - Bioinformatics, Python packaging- React + Redux- Airflow- React- Machine Learning- OLAP (Redshift, Netezza Hadoop, Spark
Bachelor''s degree in computer science or related field
ITIL foundation (preferred)
8+ Experience in Python, Django or other Python frameworks
Working experience in JavaScript’s, CSS, HTML
Experience in working with a Pharmaceutical company will be beneficial
DevOPs experience will be beneficial
