Biotech Project Overview:
The goal of the project is to provide a complete end-to-end platform for scientific discovery within our client''s environment. The platform will consist both of vendor-supplied applications, and internally developed applications and REST services.
We are looking for someone with development skills in:
React
Python
JavaScript, CSS, HTML
Databases (relational db minimally, with knowledge of relational schemas and normalization)
SQL
Django or Flask
gunicorn and NGINX
Testing in Python
RESTful services
git and GitHub
Preferred Experience/Knowledge in the following to be highly effective:
Django-rest-framework
Docker
AWS
Jenkins and CI/CD
pandas, numpy, scipy, etc.
Biology
Bioinformatics
Python packaging
React + Redux
