Job Description :
Required Skills
5+ years developing Python applications (not a sys admin or devOps scripting, but application development)
3+ years of experience planning, designing, developing and delivering software
Experience with web development using a Python framework such as Django
Experience writing automated unit tests with pyUnit or similar
Strong Object Oriented Programming skills.
Proficient RESTful APIs and middle tier code
Proficient writing SQL
Working experience in relational database technologies, knowledge of Postgres a plus
Knowledge of current trends and best practices in web architectures including performance, accessibility and
usability
Exceptional problem solving capabilities
Self-starter with effective time management and organizational skills.
Proven ability to function in a fast paced environment with high volume & multiple priorities
Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or comparable field preferred
