Job Description :
Title: Application Developer (Python)
Location: Plano, TX (75024)
Length: 5 months (Possibility C2H)

Requirement:
3 years’ experience w/ PYTHON in building applications -must have hands on experience
We are looking for driven individuals to join our team of passionate software and data engineers in creating clients’ next generation of data products and capabilities.
You will develop data focused applications from ground up using a modern technology stack such as Angular JS, Python, Spark, and AWS.
You will work directly with a Product Manager and customers to deliver data products in a collaborative and agile environment
You will build innovative new products and work with and contribute back to open source projects
You will build front end UIs and tools to empower our analyst and data science community
You will build data APIs and data delivery services to support key business operations
You will continuously integrate and ship code into our on premise and cloud Production environments

Responsibilities:
Develop sustainable data driven solutions and applications with current new gen technologies
Ability to grasp new technologies rapidly as needed to progress varied initiatives
Understand customer problems and opportunities and develop innovative solutions to address those problems
Build robust systems with an eye on the long term maintenance and support of the application
Leverage reusable code modules to solve problems across the team and organization
Utilize a working knowledge of multiple development languages
Drive cross team design / development via technical leadership / mentoring
Understand complex multi-tier, multi-platform systems

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 3 years of experience with Python
At least 3 years of experience with Amazon Web Services or another cloud provider
At least 3 years of experience with SQL and related database technologies

Preferred Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience with AngularJS
At least 3 years of experience with Spark
At least 3 years of experience in frontend development
