JOB SCOPE:
Serve as a Project Manager to implement Success Factors Applicant
Tracking System (ATS)
Provide general project management support to any of the modules within
the Success Factors Implementation Program including but not limited to
Employee Central, Learning Management, Talent Management, and Position
Management
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for implementation of Success Factors Applicant Tracking
System (ATS)
Develop Success Criteria and ensure project meets desired outcome
Development and monitor all project documentation including schedule,
risks, issues, and decisions
Ensures the appropriate resources are obtained to meet project objectives
Oversees all phases of testing to include script development and
alignment, User readiness for testing, and defect monitoring and resolution
Ensures alignment of key milestones within the ATS project against the
overall Success Factors Program Plan
Collaborates as part of a team of project managers supporting the Success
Factors Implementation Program
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience implementing Success Factors ATS or significant role as a core
team member on an implementation project
Project Manager II - 3-5 years documented project management experience
Project Management training covering the PMI Project Management Knowledge
Areas
College / University degree preferred
Experience working with outside vendors
Experience managing cross-functional and multi-business global
initiatives in a variety of complex competencies desired
Minimum one year experience with Microsoft Project preferred
