Job Description :
Position: PM
Location: Washington DC
Duration: Long-term contract
Looking for someone with 5-6 years of experience
Need to be more digital /agency focused general PM’s not super technical

Position requires excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis and problem-solving skills.
Responsible for management of creative (print and digital) projects from project definition/scope through implementation and closing.
Develop project plan and drive clear project milestones.
Identify, coordinate, and manage resources and key stakeholders for projects including graphics designers, web designers, copy writers and creative directors.
Adheres to project management process while being agile and nimble when needed.
Maintains formal weekly project/task status documentation with project team stakeholders.
Communicate project status proactively to all stakeholders on a regular basis throughout the lifecycle of the project.
Identifies potential project risks and issues and provides mitigation plans/solutions as needed.
Advanced knowledge of creative methodologies, advertising and Adobe Creative Suite are very helpful.
Advertising Agency experience is preferred.
Process oriented and strategic thinker.
Maintains a sense of urgency and is assertive when needed.
Employ project management methodologies and use tools like Wrike and SmartSheet (similar to MS Project
Provides support to PM lead on improving/enhancing project methodologies where needed.
Position requires candidates to be available to work until 6pm on weekdays.
