Responsibilities:
As Agile Delivery Manager you will make sure the project vital signs, metrics, progress and information radiators are up to date, meaningful, relevant and visible.
You will ensure tracking tools are up-to-date, collating the information and status details to prepare status reports and visualizations of progress.
Maintaining high visibility information radiators such as the team wall, backlog, risks and issues and communications of progress is a job for the whole team, and your part in this is to ensure that everything is up-to-date and presents a clear picture of what is happening on the ground.
Availability of team members and team velocity must be tracked and will be part of the role.
As a servant leader for the team, you will use and encourage open, honest, and courageous communications with the ability to adapt the communication approach to different audiences/situations.
While we''re all about in-person collaboration and face-to-face communications where possible, you will need strong written and verbal presentation skills to apply to all communications.
Requirements:
3- 5 years with agile
5 – 7 years with project management

You are comfortable with uncertainty and ambiguity, and you know how to deal with situations effectively.
Able to demonstrate experience of successfully delivering different projects, using lean-agile approaches, in large business environments
Practical experience of SDLCs and project delivery models including Agile, Waterfall and iterative/RAD approaches
Ability to work closely and harmoniously with both business and IT
Great communication skills
Flexibility in using a range of influencing styles to build strong sustainable relationships
Minimum of 5 years’ experience with Lean/Agile delivery
Agile Project governance certification (PMI-ACP, CSM, CSP, PSM I/II/III, etc or equivalent demonstrable experience
