Job Description:
- Identify, document and monitor project risk logs.
- Monitor for project road-blocks and communicate them for resolution in near real-time.
- Formulate detailed project plans using Microsoft Project
- Formulate project communication plans
- Formulate and facilitate project change control process
- Facilitate project work group meetings and record meeting notes/decisions as needed
- Assist project leads in identification of project tasks and assignments.
- Gather tasks status/progress from project participants.
- Reflect task status/progress on project plans.
- Maintain project plans and provide detailed project progress reports to management.
- Track project costs and provide project cost related updates upon request.
- Perform all necessary project close-out tasks
Skills:
1. Current Project Management Professional Certification #of months
2. Bachelor’s Degree #of months
3. 84+ Months of Experience directing design and development activities and assisting in the development and maintenance of a detailed work plan #of months
4. 12+ Months of experience managing technical projects dealing with server infrastructure, technology upgrades, or data center consolidation #of months
5. 84+ Months of Experience in creating and managing a risk management plan. #of months
6. 84+ Months of Experience in creating and managing a change management plan. #of months
7. 84+ Months of Experience in creating and managing a communication plan. #of months
8. 84+ Months of Experience in coordinating issue resolution. #of months
