Job Summary

He or she will be responsible for detailed planning and execution of the new initiatives and will be required to scale and lead a team as these initiatives gain traction. The role requires coordination and building alignment across multiple internal and external stakeholders. We are looking for a Program Manager with a strong record to own and execute strategic, cross-functional projects as well as partner with other teams to drive key mission critical innovation programs.


Job Description

- The Program Manager will interface with various teams to setup and manage processes related to the launch and operations of new initiatives.
- The job involves end-to-end tactical planning & process execution including but not limited to creating plans and strategy for execution, ensuring operational rigor and designing high business impact processes.
- The objective is to build a programmatic approach to innovative programs across all function.
- The PM will also be responsible to set up scalable processes and create templates to provide information in an automated/ structured fashion.
- The role requires the person to manage and influence at a high level and at the same time is able to dive deep and be completely hands-on when required.


Key Responsibilities

- Work with teams to understand need & gaps and define high level process/system solutions
- Work with the product managers, engineers & business operations team to understand, define, manage & measure the program deliveries.
- Define a pilot and develop detailed step-by-step plan with well-defined tasks and timeline, tracks progress.
- Work closely with internal teams like marketing, sales, finance, legal, fulfillment, product, tech, customer service
- Manage and report relevant metrics to tracks progress of execution
- Ecommerce experience is a huge plus
- Experience with scrum is a plus
- Share key leanings and develop rigorous templates around execution of each initiative
- Manage critical operational processes, with end to end business responsibility.
- Define effective, efficient, and scalable processes and drive continuous improvement through root cause identification and defect elimination.
- Define projects, designing process, as well as analyzing cost/benefit of feature selection and communicating results throughout the organization
