Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Plan, drive and lead the development, execution and successful completion (outcomes achieved on-time and within budget) of one or more global, strategic IT Projects, following Dell’s Software Development Lifecycle framework.
Anticipate problems and potential future state risks and pro-actively seek avoidance. When problems do arise, address promptly and drive for consensus and resolution.
Pro actively engage and partner with business and IT leaders to continually drive for greater quality, efficiency and effectiveness in project execution and delivery of higher-valued business outcomes.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Management, Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Business or related field of study and 8 yrs working in high-tech / software industry.
Masters Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Management, Computer Information Systems or related field of study and 6 years working in high-tech / software industry.
6+ years lower level Management / IT Project Management professional (Directing / Leading 1M projects), using Waterfall and Agile methods.
6+ years Business Analysis experience.
Knowledge / experience in managing large Compliance, Scale and Run type Projects.
Strong project management skills, including planning, prioritizing, organizing work and meeting deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills with all levels of leadership and management, including the ability to prepare for and make effective presentations, discuss, influence and educate others.
Strong leadership, business judgment and decision-making skills.
Logical thinker and creative problem solver.
Ability to direct/lead others, and work in a globally, matrixed team environment.
Strong IT acumen and good understanding of application development / system design.
Fluent (read, write, speak) in English.
Int’l Qualifications
Speak, read, write English fluently.

Professional Certifications: PMP or PRINCE, ACP, MCSE, Six Sigma Green Belt
Experience working with a PPMO tool (ie. Changepoint)
