Project Planner/ Scheduler- On behalf of our client in the Oil and Gas sector Procom Services is looking for one Project Planer / Scheduler to be an integral part of the Project Team and serve as the main focal point to the Planning and Scheduling group of the Project Controls department.

Project Planner/ Scheduler Job Details
Initiate and setup the Master Schedule using the standard template, and complete all schedule setup tasks on the Project Server.
Collaborate with all Functional Leads to build out the template by identifying schedule sequence, task names,
durations, dependencies, milestones etc.
Complete EV setup activities in the schedule including; Work Order listing, assignment of Task Owners, entering of
number of units etc.
Develop the Schedule Basis document.
Ensure that a monthly schedule update is prepared per the project controls deliverable calendar.
Provide a quality check of the schedule analysis and variances.
Provide a high-level overview of the monthly trends/PCNs/Risks/Schedule impacts to the PM/PD.
Ensure compliance with company standards and quality control on all project controls related
documents/processes/procedures.
Analyze the Risk Register and schedule impacts.
Analyze the trends and the impact to schedule that includes performance Indices (SPI/CPI

Analyze and review both the Contractor Baseline Schedule and Contractor Schedule updates.
Develop and communicate Contractor Schedule Analysis Report for each submittal.
Compare the Contractor Schedule and the clients Master Schedule and make updates when necessary.
Analyze the schedule trending impacts on the Major Milestone dates.
Analyze Change Order impacts on the schedule.
