This resource will be working on a project with IT RES applications within the Delta environment. This is a Project Manager position to add processing of infants in arms processing into the Delta process. At this point it is a primarily a manual process with only a small amount of automation. We need to add it to our mainframe processing, reservations systems, website, Delta Kiosk, and Delta mobile products. They are estimating the cost for adding it to the other systems and they have a March 2017 delivery date. PM should be detailed oriented, have experience leading large cross functional size teams (200+) and projects above $10M. This project requires someone that has vast experience with consultant engagement management along with business team engagement regarding application utilization and functionality. This position will be involved with the implementation

The PM will provide oversight in forecasting, managing, tracking, and reporting project progress, issues, budget, and scope changes to achieve successful project completion, on-time, and within budget. Other requirements include managing communications and expectations of clients, sponsors, users, team, contractors and the enterprise while ensuring project adherence to established project methodologies and standards, including developing resource plans, risk assessments, project plans, checkpoint reviews, and other deliverables as the project requires.

The purpose of the Sr. Project Manager position is to provide direction and leadership to project team members for large sized systems projects that are moderate to high complexity. The Sr. Project Manager will ensure project delivers positive business value and meet committed scope, cost, schedule and quality business results.

Bachelors degree is preferred
8+ years IT experience or related business experience
5+ years project lead experience
PMP certification preferred
