Project Manager
On behalf of our client, Procom Services is searching for a Project Manager for a contract opportunity in Cleveland, OH
Looking for a standard PM with project cutover/cutover activity experience. The PM will be managing multiple projects (3-5) simultaneously and should have experience doing so in the past. No specific technical skills are required. Finance background, specifically with Trade Funds management experience, is highly preferred.
Project Manager Job Details
1. Coordinate alignment of Cut Over Plans Across Projects
2. Identifies interdependencies and potential conflicts across project cutover plans
3. Establishes a program level Cut Over Plan that shows all interdependencies across individual projects.
4. Orchestrates Cut Over activities between projects. Holds individual project Business and Technical Leads responsible for facilitating project specific activities.
5. Use and Refine standard templates that can be leveraged by individual Business and Technical Leads
6. Provides quality assurance and reviews of individual Cut Over Plans to ensure sufficient detail, timing and coordination is planned (Tech Lead, PM, etc. do as well)
7. Validate and Coordinate that projects are incorporating Mock Cut Overs leveraging a cutover plan
8. Coordinating and execute with Change Management Communication strategy during Cut Over weekends
9. Helps identify potential resource conflicts
Project Manager Mandatory Skills
This role requires strong Project Management experience (10+ years) with large enterprise implementations. Specifically, someone that has good experience in project to project Cut Overs. Strong technical understanding and experience in complex production migration. Strong organization, communication and follow-up skills.
Experience in Trade Funds Management, Deduction Management, and Analytics. Provide quicker speed to forecast, improved sales planning tools, and better financial budgeting & controls is preferred.
