1. Person with Scrum Master experience. Certification in Scrum Master or Project Management.
2. Strong Agile experience
3. Product backlog, sprint backlog planning and tracking,

1. Client handling and Team handling.
2. Strong management and communication needed.
3. Onshore offshore coordination
