Roles & Responsibilities
1. Understanding, elicitation and documentation of clients business needs around prescriptioenefit plan
2. Building relationships with key client stakeholders through a consultative approach to fully understand client benefit solution
3. Facilitating internal and external meetings and presentations to provide status updates and make decisions relative to client benefit setup
4. Operate in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and make key decisions

Must Have Skills:
1) Worked in Agile Environments
2) Familiarity with PBM industry very helpful
3) Worked on large engagements in the capacity of BSA or BA
4) Knowledge in pricing area is a great addition

Desired Skills:
1. Extensive Healthcare and PBM industry experience
2. Strong experience with client relationship building
3. Experience in Database and SQL
4. Programming knowledge
5. Prior experience with Analytics
