Qualifications
7+ years of Project Management experience
Experience working across levels and departments in an organization
Experience managing package systems implementations
Experience within the claims data/ systems preferable plus package systems upgrades
Knowledge and understanding of IT architectures and business processes
Strong written and verbal communications (English)
Adaptable and flexible to work in a dynamic environment
Strong interpersonal and networking skills
Experience in working in a distributed IT environment
Experience in managing external vendor relationships
Understands SDLC – able to stand up a robust development/support culture
