Position: Project Manager with Business Analyst exp
Location: Albuquerque, NM
Duration: 6 to 12 months

Note: Make sure all the skills are reflected in your recent projects.
Our Customer is in the middle of a software (development and off-the-shelf) implementation and is in need of filling a long term contract need, 50% PM and 50% business analyst.

Top Skills required:
? ? ? ? ??+ years of experience in Project Management or Business Analyst but if primarily Business Analyst must have some Project Management experience as well. Including but not limited to: project risk, resources, timeline and task (w.b.s,), budget and quality management and business and technical analysis.
?Certifications desired – PMP, Six Sigma, ITIL, Agile CASM, Scrum CSM
?Prior government experience is ideal
?Deep technical experience in at least one area i.e. data mining/migration, SQL/reporting scripts, server and/or application server side administration, hands-on COTS configuration (ERP, ECM, CRM, BI, etc
?
This project manager/business analyst will have strong experience in a range of technical areas as well as functional project manager /business analyst experience.

Details
We are really looking to elevate our PM positions to include not just the usual PM skills but also some combination of the following:
- Deep technical experience in at least one area i.e. data mining/migration, SQL/reporting scripts, server and/or application server side administration, hands-on COTS configuration (ERP, ECM, CRM, BI, etc
- Exposure to a variety of methodologies, PM, Quality and delivery; PMI, Prince2, Waterfall, Iterative, TQM, Six-Sigma/Lean, Agile and its related areas such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Additional expertise such as ITIL, DevOps, IIBA, ADEE.
- Going forward we will have a heavy emphasis on building or buying configurable solutions so exposure to highly configurable systems (without developer code changes) is helpful.
- Demonstrated leadership (not necessarily management) experience is key.
- All positions at CYFD are multiple-hats positions, PMs can expect to pitch in on any areas where they have expertise (or not) but most especially on Business Analyst and Technical Analyst/systems work.

While the below are not required for the EPICS project, anyone with these skills (should help with your keyword search) could be a candidate
- Advanced project management on complex projects including these complexities;
o Hands-on procurement experience, i.e. developing, negotiating, processing and monitoring contracts (products and services) and RFPs, ideally with a local or state gov’t entities.
o Contractor/vendor, program/business and IT personnel
o Heavy vendor management/accountability
o Resource management incl. budget and forecasting experience
o COTS/Buy and Development/Build components
o Technical complexity such as complex reporting/BI, API and data migration components.
