Description:
Ability to quickly build relationships with internal clients, maximize scheduled resources.
Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting and stability of manufacturing scheduling and associated project oriented work for the entire site.
As the sole POC, establish and implement scheduling and project management processes and methodologies for the manufacturing site to ensure products are delivered on time, optimized schedule, and meet customer expectations.
Responsible for assembling production schedule and teamwork across manufacturing and engineering teams, manage schedule related improvement projects, identifying resource needs, performing quality review; and escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately.
Responsible for tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of customers.
Coordinates communication with all areas of the enterprise that impact the scope, budget, risk, and resources of the work effort being managed.
Assists other schedulers, capacity modeling team, and manufacturing and engineering leadership in identifying and prioritizing opportunities for utilizing site to achieve the goals of the enterprise.
Must possess advanced knowledge and proficiency in the use of biotech manufacturing, production scheduling, project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices and change management techniques.
This is an individual contributor role without human resource management responsibilities (e.g., hiring, performance management
Manages cross-functional areas/projects of medium to high complexity across the site.
Requirements:
WERUM experience.
Managed a standalone site’s scheduling, experience with working in the Bio/Pharma industry.
