PM/Scrum Master requirement :-
Experience required:
Solid Project Management experience with exposure to various PM methodologies (waterfall, Agile), and first-hand experience working in Agile in a Scrum Master role
Experience managing resolution of customer escalations and bug fixes (in scrum, kanban and/or scrumban settings) will be a big plus
Superior communication skills (proactively communicates status to managers and colleagues with clarity, and understands if/how to escalate)
Excellent collaboration and facilitation skills (able to build strong relationships with colleagues, gain consensus, and develop & document processes in alignment with team members to the mutual benefit of the team)
Meticulous attention to detail, and tenacity to address issues and drive to completion
Excellent attitude and willingness to go the extra mile in a fast-paced software development environment
Strong technical knowledge in a software development setting (past experience in a development or software quality assurance role a plus)
