Project Manager

Responsibilities include:
* Manage assigned project and activities from initiation to close-out
* Manage the project delivery from one or more cross-functional teams and matrixed teams.
* Support the management and planning of all efforts associated the project including: scope management, development and management of work plans.
* Defining and delivering project deliverables, managing the expectations of all stakeholders, organizing and addressing emerging project requirements, managing project relationships and integrations.
* Develop and manage scope within the project to be delivered through effective expectations setting, communications, change management control, budget control and management, and overall business understanding of the project needs
* Report project progress, issues, and risks through weekly status reports and reporting up to Division heads and/or internal business partners.
* Drive detailed execution oversight, status reporting, risk assessment/escalation, budgeting, and resource forecasts.
* Work with CRDA team members and/or other business partners to assess impact of issues and provide alternative solutions/recovery plans to ensure goals are achieved
* Strong communications skills (both written and verbal), negotiation and interpersonal skills.
* 5+ years of relevant, successful project management experience
* Bachelor''s degree in Business Intelligence, Project Management or similar
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects successfully
* Experience with Project Management Tools such as MS Project
Preferred Skills
* Working knowledge and experience with BI tools (eg: MicroStrategy) and techniques.
* Advanced degree
* Secondary mortgage industry experience


Relevant Experience:4 - 7 Years in Project Management, 10 + in Software Industry
Qualification: Bachelor''s Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, PMP Certification or Relevant Project Management Experience

Key Skill Sets Required: Experience in running complex project(s) with mid-size budget and scope spanning across several systems. Experience in running projects using Software Development Life-Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodology, Application Maintenance Change Process (AMCP), and Project Management Life-Cycle (PMLC Strong experience in PM Processes ? Budget Management and Resource Management , Communication, Risk Management, Scope and Change Request Management, Schedule Management , and Internal Controls and Quality Management. Must have excellent communications, influencing and collaboration skills. Must have good organization, presentation, and customer service skills.
