Location:100% Remote. Multiple end clients that are based on Georgia, Kansas, and Virginia. Preferably will need to work near one of the end client locations (same or neighboring state

Required:
1. Skills/Attributes Required
Strong in delivery management, technical mentoring, strategizing and client servicing.
Demonstrable experience of working under offshore and onsite business model.
Good understanding or familiarity with the ITIL framework.
Program management or Project Management Tools for tracking projects.
Solid delivery experience on Design and Implementation projects in one or more of the following Service Lines :
2. Data Centre Transformations: Assessment and capacity planning tools, Virtualization Technologies (VMware, Microsoft Virtual server, Hyper-V), Server and Storage Consolidation, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning.
o Microsoft: Active Directory, Windows 2003/2008, Microsoft Exchange/Lotus Notes,Citrix,Design/Migration, Platform migration (Vista, BDD), Systems Management (SCCM, Altiris, SCOM), SoftGrid, MDOP, etc
3. Familiarity with Managed Services and/or RIM (Remote Infrastructure Management)
Strong customer interface skills communication & ability to deliver presentation, drive meetings
Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment, work effectively under high pressure, growth mode
Proven people management skills.
Roles and Responsibility
Determining overall program/project plan, budget, structure, schedule, and staffing requirements.
Oversee projects to ensure that activities are carried out in accordance with established specifications, schedules, and budgets, minimize delays, review program status and plan future actions.
Be accountable for revenue recognition, cost control, scope of work definition, change requests and risk assessment.
Assist external customer in the definition and implementing complex integrated IT Infrastructure solutions requiring relevant products and services.
Be responsible for costing of customized solutions and ensuring implementation within budgets.
Builds and maintains client relationships.
Coordinating with internal and external project team members. Leading the design/ delivery of multi-national/ multi-partner projects; is the key technical contributor for project management methodology and tools.
Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
To manage the performance of services to clients as agreed in the contract and ensure that the Service Levels are achieved
To ensure that systems, processes and methodologies as specified are followed to sure effective monitoring, control and support of service delivery.
Ensure that the projects comply with quality standards.
Aides in the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes and coordinates preparations of Proposals and Statement of Work.
Determine and assess need for additional staff and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary.
