SCOPE OF SERVICES
IT business has undertaken the implementation of a new, multi-application software solution for managing Enterprise Commodity Risk. This implementation will enable the business to manage the value and risk of its generation as well as its customer load over at least five years with the capability of extended analysis over twenty years. Multiple departments/business functions will be affected by the new solution and significant change management will be needed throughout the project timeline.
