Title: Project Manager
Location: Waukegan, IL 60085
Duration: 12+ months

Looking for SharePoint management, 365 office tools, basic knowledge of IT like SDLC and infrastructure components. Needs a background in SharePoint. It''s more IT related, Agile Methodologies, test documents, design documents.

Really prefers in-person meetings.

Microsoft Project experience, a year of experience is fine.

IT Management experience = 3-5 years min.

Program is associated with IT Quality Systems. If they have any experience working in the IT Quality area, that would great.

Responsibilities:
As Agile Delivery Manager you will make sure the project vital signs, metrics, progress and information radiators are up to date, meaningful, relevant and visible.
You will ensure tracking tools are up-to-date, collating the information and status details to prepare status reports and visualizations of progress.
Maintaining high visibility information radiators such as the team wall, backlog, risks and issues and communications of progress is a job for the whole team, and your part in this is to ensure that everything is up-to-date and presents a clear picture of what is happening on the ground.
Availability of team members and team velocity must be tracked and will be part of the role.
As a servant leader for the team, you will use and encourage open, honest, and courageous communications with the ability to adapt the communication approach to different audiences/situations.
While we''re all about in-person collaboration and face-to-face communications where possible, you will need strong written and verbal presentation skills to apply to all communications.
