Job Description :
.• 10+ years of project management experience in Waterfall and Agile.
Extensive end-to-end experience managing & delivering technical business solutions by using Client’s Internal Methodologies, formal PMI® PMBOK standards, Agile, Waterfall, SDLC, & ITIL processes & methodologies.
Managed major Enterprise IT programs/projects including systems Integrations & Conversions, Data Migrations and Cloud migration.
1. Proven ability to identify and recommend corrective action when budget, scope, schedule or resource variances threaten the project.
Experience working with various stakeholders including: Executive & Functional Management, Technical Architects, Development, QA, Customer Service, and Business Sponsors/Owners.
Ability to collaborate with Vendors, Business Units and other stakeholders to develop cross-functional integrated requirements, risk mitigation strategies, design documents, signoff approvals, acceptance criteria, test plans, change management/controls & deployment plans.
Utilize various Reporting Metrics and defined critical success factors to monitor client satisfaction.
Collaboration with project team’s members to conduct Lessons Learned and documentation for historical reference.
Experienced in developing new PMOs to support organizational business needs and objectives.
