PROJECT MANAGER (Key Personnel)

Part-time (PBS/NCR Task Order)

Contractor shall identify a Contractor Project Manager (PM) to oversee and
supervise contractor employees, participate and meets with the contractor
stakeholders/COR, Service Office POC''s included, at least once a month. The
PM shall have responsibility for the overall administration and coordination
of the work activities on the contract. The PM shall be a key Contractor
representative /key employee. The PM shall be the principal point of
contact between the Contractor and the Government through the COR and CO.
The PM shall assume the general responsibility on behalf of the Contractor
to ensure timely availability of personnel and the quality of the services
the Contractor provides. The role of the PM is to plan, execute, and
finalize projects according to the contract. She/he meets strict deadlines
within budgets. This includes the coordination of resources, the efforts of
the team members and third party contractors or consultants in order to
deliver projects according to the contract. The PM shall also oversee
performance quality control throughout the contract life cycle.
A resume shall also be submitted for the Project Manager(s) including a
description of the training and experience in their respective area of
expertise. Resume shall include education, licensing, and any other
applicable skills. Resume for the Project Manager(s) shall also describe
related job experience and shall clearly demonstrate at least 3 years of
experience within the last 5 years of direct supervision of other employees.
If the proposed project manager(s) does not meet the minimum 3 years of
experience, an explanation of how and why they feel they are qualified for
the role must be provided in the proposal
