Job Description:

The NYSE-CON project encompasses all information about, and processes related to, the collection, storage, retrieval, analysis and dissemination of Certificate of Need (CON) information. CON information includes the data that facilities are required to submit to the Department as part of the approval process, including supporting information, as well as intermediate work-products developed by the Department as part of the review and approval process. CON information also includes work-flow information. Work-flow information describes the processes that support the collection, storage, retrieval and dissemination of the CON information and includes dates and times that an application has achieved various, yet to be determined, milestones.
The Contractor will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of all project management deliverables with the input of both contract and DOH project team members.

Examples of project management activities and responsibilities that will be required of the Contractor in this project include but are not limited to:

Coordinate the activities of the project teams.
Create, monitor and manage project plans, schedules, scope, risks, issues, costs, changes, and other project management artifacts.
Report project status.
Provide a focal point for issues and concerns raised by the Contractor team or the NYSDOH.
Manage Contractor system development tasks and project resources per priorities established by NYSDOH.
Identify risks and develop strategies to control them.
Document lessons learned
