Dynamic Interactive Business Systems Inc. is looking for Eight (8) Project Manager for its direct Client in Springfield, IL.
Requirements (All Mandatory):-
- Minimum five or more years (5+) of progressively responsible project management experience working on software development projects
- Minimum three or more years (3+) recent experience analyzing, documenting, automating and/or improving business processes
- Minimum three or more years (3+) experience of project management following Agile software development practices
- Experience providing leadership and effective communications for project teams.
- Expertise working with: Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, Microsoft SharePoint and Team Foundation Server (TFS) or similar tool.
- Expertise using technology and tools to effectively communicate and create/maintain project documentation.
> Fosters professional rapport and mutual respect with management, product owners, stakeholders, and team members
> Possesses excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
> Manages assigned projects within the guidance of a central Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO)
> Works with minimum oversight and has excellent problem-solving skills.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related fields
- PMP
- Current professional certifications related to project management
