Co-ordinates with TEP stakeholders
Mange s project level communication and engagement with various functions
Preparing schedules and estimates for resources to meet the project
deadlines
Responsible for the day to day operations of the team
Responsible for organizing and managing the team
Responsible for setting up necessary, relevant processes and best practices
Tracks and plans the resource utilization and allocation across all projects
Participate in regular status and planning meetings with the Persistent
Managers and > managers
Regularly obtain feedback from Customer counterpart and incorporate the
inputs into the delivery management practices
Risk Management
Involved in the planning of future work between Customer and Persistent
*Key Technical Skills: *IAM Project Management Experience , PMP ,
Scrum
