Description:
Responsible for the management of one or more medium to large-sized, highly complex projects. Manages the entire project life cycle from project definition through implementation. Accountable for meeting agreed upon scope, cost, schedule and quality measures. Develops project plan and drives project milestones. Establishes effective communication plan with project team and key stakeholders. Provides day-to-day direction to project resources. Ensures effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project. Responsible for preparation of documentation, status reports and budgets.
Role requires:
Excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis and problem-solving skills. specialized knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word.
Years Exp: 10+ years
Experience:
1) Experience managing major IT Implementations involving cross functional teams
2) Experience in implementing projects specialized in SAP BI HANA and SAP TPM/SAP CRM
3) Knowledge of Trade Promotion Management Process
4) Experience handling difficult user groups
This role requires for the candidate to be experienced\knowledgeable with
- Trade Management Process and SAP BI HANA/TPM/CRM technology at a high level to be able to successfully lead the teams.
Relies on extensive experience to plan and accomplish tasks .
Leadership/Contributions: Will lead multiple layers of resources.
Reports to: Director or VP.
